![]() I stated my problems and submitted it and as a result got first a standard confirmation and then a technical support representative wrote to me. I went onto their website, (which I think is their worldwide website), chose the country, UK in my case, and then clicked on support link, then contact us link, and then chose e-mail, and on this page finally I was able to find an e-mail form which I filled up. If anybody gets any further with this, please let us know. The updater opens up but all I get from VoiceOver is "unknown". ![]() As to the accessibility of their updater, I don't know yet, I will have to e-mail them again. phew! I've just e-mailed technical support at Bose to ask them about the verification error message. Luckily, I had read the manual before, there was something in it about resetting bluetooth connections by holding the mute button for 10 seconds. it kept flashing and it wasn't receiving any audio. ![]() In the end I gave up and disconnected the speaker from the usb connection with my mac but it rendered it unusable. First of all, the update application is inaccessible with VoiceOver, secondly, when I waws was trying to update it with sighted assistance, I kept getting an error message that the update couldn't be verified. ![]() I have this speaker too, and I've just been trying to update its software without success. ![]()
